Recent Happenings!
. . . I don't even know if I spelled that correctly. . .
So much has gone on during the past few weeks or so!
Top three were as follows:
1. Artist Series. Jen (and others) did much orchestrating and arranging and managed to put together a group of like, 12 of us. I had a great time getting to know and hanging out with this big group of us. Pictures are on Facebook if you'd like to see.
2. Spirit Week. I actually dressed up some this year which is slightly random for me. My favorite day was Roomie Twin Day. Aud, Jen, and I went as hillbillies which was a sight to behold. Once again, the pics will be on Facebook soon.
3. Witness. We traveled for the first time last night! We had a good time in the van getting to know each other and talking. The Conference was held in the beautiful
Osthoff resort. So GORGEOUS!!! We were a blessing to the ladies and the session we sat in was a blessing to me! Mrs. Barba talked about walking as Christ walked in simplicity. She spoke about how His life was busy and full but never ever
hurried. If I have too much to get done (and not be able to sleep). . .then I am too busy!!
This month has been awesome. I am having much fun with roomies and friends, enjoying my school work, and loving what God is teaching me! Still I miss home and the friends who aren't here with me, but God is good!

Vacation Pics!
Somehow it worked out for a bunch of my mom's side of the family to all get together for a weekend or so this summer. We never have regular family reunions so it was wonderful to see everybody!

. . .you're using duct tape to repair a tree. Sigh.

(Yes, this is my front yard.)

Teddy likes to look out the window and watch the goings-on of outside. He's such a happy little friend. . .makes me smile. =)
Alyssa and I finally got to go out together! We went to breakfast. I gave her her birthday present, and she gave me my Christmas 2005 present. hehe She's very pregnant and very very cute!
I am quite excited about this weekend. Saturday afternoon, I'm attending a wedding of some friends from college, and then from there I'm headed to Audrey's house! Yay!
There will be pictures posted when I return. =)

Commencement 2007
I always love commencement. Everyone is graduating or watching people graduate. Many old friends come and you get to see everybody that you used to go to highschool with and I always feel very nogastalgic. And I cry. =)

April/May Update
Two pictures from April that I'd like to share. My good friend Joan had her senior piano recital (during which she did a wonderful job). Betsy went also and we took some cute pics.
.jpg)

Her piano recital and my brothers' school play were the highlights of April. =) May has been quite nice. Mostly uneventful. It has finally FINALLY gotten warm! I'm loving the summer so much!

Jessi-and-Beth time. . .
Saturday after work, I drove to Cedarville, OH, to see Jessi! Woohoo! I was only there 'til Monday morning, but we were able to spend all of Sunday together--church, shopping, food--which was much fun.
And these pictures are out of order a wee bit because I always forget that they load to the top of the post. Sigh.

So we're trying to figure out how to get a cute picture. So Jessi says, "Let me hold you." So she swings me up in her arms, nearly drops me (this is the part when I took the picture), and shouts, "Oh my word! You've gained weight!! Thanks, friend. =)

Pretty fountain in the middle of the outdoor shopping place.

California Pizza Kitchen
The funny part was us not finishing the pizza so then we got a box and then I had to carry the box around in my purse. And it had a very strong smell. Very strong. Like, driving back to Saginaw on Monday, I could still smell it!

New York and Company was having a sale!
I only claim partial responsibility for my spending spree. Forty percent off sale AND their spring collection was pink, orange, and bright blue!!! =)
